We're looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! If that's you - we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly-growing company that prides itself on promoting from within.


The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing content marketing and demand generation campaigns across digital channels including social media, websites, and email marketing. 


Responsibilities


  • Manage display, paid social, content syndication, review site and website channels
  • Own website analytics function
  • Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to optimize online marketing spend
  • Coordinate with the entire Marketing team on broader campaign initiatives
  • Help determine appropriate marketing assets including product collateral, email offers, and other tools as needed such as infographics, whitepapers, videos, social media content
Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years working in a Startup environment 
  • 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and online advertising
  • Extensive experience creating and publishing content marketing across digital channels
  • Experience launching, managing, analyzing, and optimizing online advertising and PPC campaigns
  • Enthusiasm for the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, best practices, and content
  • Ability to present new ideas and strategies and report on results
  • Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem
  • Expertise in Google Ads 
  • Experience with marketing analytics and attribution
  • Data-driven thinker
  • Comfortable working with business, marketing and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player
