We're looking for a talented Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team! If that's you - we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly-growing company that prides itself on promoting from within.

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing Digital advertisements and demand generation campaigns across Paid channels including banner ads, native ads, social media ads & google ads.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & optimize SEM, display, paid social, display and native ads
  • Coordinate effectively across several outside agencies and internal stakeholders (Brand/Website team, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Inside Sales, etc)
  • Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to optimize online marketing spend
  • Test the performance of landing pages and other site elements
  • Coordinate with the entire Marketing team on broader campaign initiatives
Performance & Success Measures

  • Marketing effectiveness measured through sourced and influenced revenue (and efficiency metrics like ROI, pipe/spend)
  • Conversion metrics (website conversion, lead to MQL, MQL to Opportunity, etc)
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years working in a Startup environment 
  • 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing and online advertising
  • Experience launching, managing, analyzing, and optimizing online advertising and PPC campaigns
  • Enthusiasm for the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, best practices, and content
  • Ability to present new ideas and strategies and report on results
  • Knowledge of best practices for online marketing including optimizing SEO
  • Strong focus on customer acquisition, managing paid channels 
  • understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem
  • Expertise in Google Ads 
  • Data-driven thinker
  • Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player
