استخدام Senior Financial Analyst

شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing all financial reports related to the financial health of the organization. This position will work closely with and report to the CEO.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be an experienced accountant with excellent judgement, conceptual skills, and the ability to focus on issues of highest priority. This individual must be results oriented, energetic and possess strong communication skills. They should also be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and able to develop positive cross-functional relationships to gather information and assist with decision making.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting 

  • Prepare and analyze income, balance sheet and cash flow statements, as well as other accounting statements and reports.
Financial Analysis

  • Identify and analyze budget variances and collaborate with managers to resolve issues.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to various divisional teams.
Other Financial Responsibilities 

  • Serve as resource for management in effecting efficiency and cost improvements.
  • Identify and frequently implements ideas or practices for improved efficiency and/or accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain harmonious relationships with external and internal customers including all departments and branches within the organization.
  • Perform other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned by CEO.
 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance or MBA.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in finance and/or investment is required.
  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influence management skills are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.
  • The candidate should be able to think creatively, maintain and improve sound business processes while working in a dynamic, team environment.
  • Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles.
