The Lendo team is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing organization. In this role, you will work and interact with and across various teams, including investment, business partner, product, tech, and marketing teams, to develop our go-to-market strategies and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Guide achievement of business growth targets
- Develop strategies and identify new use cases where we can establish a differentiated advantage and deliver clear proofs of value for our customers
- Set high standards for presenting key messages to C-level executives, both internally and with customers
- Work effectively across multiple internal teams like investment, business partner, product, tech, and marketing teams to establish mutual trust and confidence
- Help manage complex opportunities along the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to the close
- Meet both quantitative and qualitative performance expectations
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical discipline; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of related business development, sales, and sales leadership experience
- Solid communication skills to develop relationships internally as well as with external customers
- Excellent product and technical understanding; ability to understand and translate between technology capabilities and business challenges and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate a complex sales organization and influence with ownership
- Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market
