We are looking for an experienced operations supervisor in our infield service team to help us implement the right processes across the company and enable business growth. You’ll assess our departments’ operational methods and propose ways to improve them.

- Motivating and supervising employees
- Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings
- Provide suggestions for improving the quality control process
- Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
- Evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management
- Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance
- Provide suggestions for improving intra-team processes
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the relevant department
- Experience in implementing operational processes
- Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies
- Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Data-oriented and data-driven
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
