The Executive Director for Business Development and Operations has administrative responsibility and authority for the identification and implementation of business development opportunities, plans and operations for the Lendo company. The Executive Director will work collaboratively with the CEO on operational plan to insure alignment between operations and business development. There will be a focus on relationship management, financial performance and business management of the service line.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in development of financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, aligning monetary resources, developing operational plans, and measuring results
- Participating in development of marketing and communication plans to achieve maximum value
- Function as the liaison between the Board and managers.
- Plan, organize and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and driving employee performance
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field but MBA is preferred
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or executive role
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analyzing software (SQL, Metabase & …)
- Proficiency in English
- Familiar with e-commerce or platform businesses
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Strong project management and planning skills
