شرح موقعیت شغلی

Lendo is a fast-growing fintech company focused on unsecured loans. We are looking for a senior-level designer to take a lead role in our company. You will be responsible for all things related to design, user experience, and branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead role in the design of our consumer-facing products (Wireframing, UX and UI)
  • Work closely with developers to assist in handing off designs for developers to implement
  • Test live product and prototypes with users to get feedback on the design and functionality.
  • Utilize research and feedback to modify existing and/or create new UI/UX wireframes, user flows, and designs.
  • Oversee all things related to new product development (ideation, design, testing, implementation)
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty and dive into the details to push projects forward
  • Commitment to ensuring design consistency and continuity across projects
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams — including design, content, SMEs, product, business, and engineering — to provide focus and priority for new features
Qualifications:

  • At least three years of professional experience with design and user experience
  • Proficient with leading design tools (Sketch preferred)
  • BS degree in relevant field
  • Skilled in illustrator, Design system, UI Kit, Responsive web design, Asset designing, & Mockup
Desired, but not required:

  • Financial services and startup experience
  • Experience with tools including Figma, Zeplin, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Slack, Google docs, Adobe Suite.
