Responsibilities:
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Collaborate with content creators to create engaging visual content, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and multimedia assets.
- Translate brand strategy, business goals, and consumer insights into compelling concepts that shape and maintain overall HR brand identity.
- Manage workloads, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all creative assets effectively communicate the HR brand's values, messaging, and positioning.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative and visually impactful design solutions across multiple mediums, including print, digital, social media, and video.
- Review and provide approval for all creative designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Work closely with the HR Brand team to develop integrated campaigns and creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and expertise in various design disciplines.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Excellent understanding of branding principles, design principles, and best practices across different mediums.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
