شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
  • Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, design, and pricing of company products or services.
  • Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs
  • Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
  • Help to develop marketing support materials for product launches to drive product goals (awareness, comprehension, engagement) 
  •  Manage and maintain the team at a highly motivated level
Requirements:

  • Prior co-marketing experience in B2C Platform , app, paid digital, marketing automation, and content marketing. Strong understanding of the direct sales and subscription model preferred
  •  At least 3 years of related experience in the B2C Business / Startup

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional, highly matrixed environment
  • Good team-work
Working days/hours:

  • Sat-Wed, 9:00-18:00
