Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer (Vue.js) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be a key contributor to our product's success, responsible for building and optimizing our user-facing applications. You will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance solutions and ensuring the quality and stability of Koocafe's platforms. You will collaborate closely with other developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to bring innovative features to life and power our user-facing applications.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop High-Quality Features: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Vite.
  • Write Clean, Tested Code: Write clean, idiomatic, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices like Clean Architecture and SOLID principles. Champion code quality through Test-Driven Development (TDD) with frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
  • Contribute to Architecture: Actively participate in technical design and architectural discussions, helping to shape the future of our frontend systems.
  • Collaborate and Mentor: Work closely with a cross-functional team and provide mentorship to junior developers through constructive feedback, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement Design Systems: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate designs and wireframes from tools like Figma and Storybook into high-quality, pixel-perfect, and accessible user interfaces using frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
  • Optimize for Performance: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications are fast, responsive, and efficient, with a strong understanding of SSR/SSG concepts.
  • Work with CI/CD Pipelines: Contribute to and utilize our CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub/GitLab CI, Docker) to ensure smooth, reliable, and automated deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in the frontend codebase and production environment.
Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with at least 4 years of experience, demonstrating strong expertise in building complex, scalable web applications.
  • High level of English, both written and verbal.
  • Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Vue.js ecosystem, including Nuxt.js and modern build tools like Vite.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture concepts like Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and programming paradigms (OOP, POP, FP).
  • Significant experience with testing methodologies and tools (TDD, Jest, Cypress).Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Git, GitHub/GitLab CI, Docker).Experience working with design tools like Figma or Storybook.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Haves:


  • Experience mentoring junior developers.
  • Experience with other frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte).Understanding of micro-frontend architecture.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Contributions to open-source projects.
