استخدام کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی

-Research and evaluate domestic suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history
-Proper sourcing, research and communication skills in this regard to get the best terms and conditions in contracts from domestic markets
-Preparing and handling all documents related to domestic purchases till final results
-Follow up all steps refer to commercial registration procedures
-Following applicable laws and regulations both for local or international cases
-Archiving all the commercial and shipping documents
-Preparing payment documents for the financial department
-Correspondence, and follow up all steps of purchases from order, ntsw, IRC, EPL, release till final result 
-Reporting to: commercial manager
-Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. / Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 13:00 p.m.

Requirements

-At least 2 years’ experience in the field of commerce at pharmaceutical Co 
-Familiar with commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondences
-Familiar with all steps of importation such as buy at the best price 
-Ordering, carriage and clearance
-Familiar with processes and rules of obtaining permits/licenses from organizations
-Confident personality
-Excellent communication skills 
-Being active and able to work in challenging environment of current sanction
-Highly cultivated self
-Full mastery in ICDL
-Relative English proficiency in all skills
-Gender Preference: Female/ Male 
-Ideal Age Range: 22 - 30
