• Product And Data insight
  -Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  -Write the business case for investments and gain internal approval Brief analysts 
  -prioritize business and information needs
  
  
•   HR insight
  -Managing the headcounts and forecasting probable needed positions.
  -While other departments are checking the Position fit and culture fit factors, as a BO, Check whether the applied people are also purpose fit and accepted for the opened job positions.
  -Design initiatives for aligning already working people with their role. 
  
  
• Customer Services Insight
  -Identify Initiatives based on monitored data from marketing and product sides to meet customer needs and complaints and achieve satisfaction
   -Writing promoting strategies to attract customers 
  -Design guidelines to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
   
• Marketing insight
  -Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
  -Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  -seeking and find the best marketing channels that fits the business line and write lead strategy based on it
