Main Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and management to the IT Applications and deliver high quality services
- Acts as a focal point for communicating related system problems within the department and collaborates with other teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates
- Working with all VOIP and Issable concepts
- passive networking and cabling
- VMware virtualization
- Define and agree on Service level agreements (SLA´s) to/with business in alignment with IT Applications Services Strategy and Report KPI´s and SLA achievement and manage violations or major service issues. Act as escalation instance towards business
- Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
Main Requirements:
- Familiarity with VOIP and Issable concepts
- Proficient in passive networking and cabling
- Proficient in VMware virtualization
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager, Senior Help Desk Specialist, SysAdmin Specialist or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
