شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth. Set clear expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for skill development.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Ensure the successful execution of frontend development projects using Nuxt.js, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Nuxt.js and frontend development principles. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks, and share knowledge with the team. Provide technical guidance and solutions to overcome challenges and optimize performance.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and scalability. Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of bug-free software.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains within the frontend development chapter. Drive initiatives to enhance development workflows, tools, and methodologies. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience (4 years) as a Frontend Developer, with a focus on Nuxt.js and Vue.js frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of developers.
  • In-depth knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with modern frontend development tools, such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, and Git.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
