We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join and lead our technical team of 8 engineers, including DevOps personnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and DevOps teams
- Drive architectural decisions and maintain technical excellence
- Oversee the development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Guide and oversee DevOps practices and infrastructure decisions

Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Tech Lead or CTO positions
- Strong expertise in our tech stack:
  - Backend: Laravel, Python, Node.js
  - Frontend: Next.js
  - Database: PostgreSQL
  - Caching: Redis
  - Monitoring: Grafana & Prometheus stack
  - Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Load Balancing
  - Project Management: Jira
- Experience with real-time chat systems and WebSocket implementations
- Proven experience with microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of security best practices and implementation
- Expertise in scalable system design
- Experience with high-performance, distributed systems
