Job Description:
Our company is seeking a Performance Marketer to plan, implement, optimize, and report on performance marketing initiatives across paid and owned channels. This individual will play a key role in driving traffic for acquiring new users and improving marketing objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
· Plan user acquisition and retention strategies for various channels.
· Execute digital marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels.
· Measure, optimize, and report on targets for CR, CPL, CAC, and CPI.
· Design and implement experiments (A/B tests, surveys, data analysis) and segmentation strategies to optimize user funnel conversion rates across different channels.
· Employ a data-driven approach to identify trends, data insights, and best practice benchmarks for optimizing actions and costs.
· Continuously track and report on the performance of different channels, activities, and campaigns to assess cost and effectiveness and then design appropriate action plans.
Requirements:
· 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
· Proven experience in managing ad networks.
· Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical aptitude.
· Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
· Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively, demonstrate creativity, and maintain a results-oriented approach.
· A "geek" mentality, constantly seeking the best solutions to problems and driven by a desire to grow and expand knowledge endlessly.
