شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Line Of Business Owner who will lead the Perfume & Electrical Line. You will be responsible for achieving the financial and operational targets of this line of business. To be successful in this role you should be highly analytical and data-driven, meanwhile, you need field operation management skills.. 


 


Responsibilities:


 


Developing a comprehensive business line strategy  that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of Khanoumi.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.


Working towards revenue targets by devising innovative approaches to sales, expand the customer base, and increase the average order value. 
Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability.


Forging strong relationships with key partners, including Commercial & Marketing, Sale Department, and technology partners. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and secure beneficial partnerships to enhance the platform's offerings.


Collaborating with the product team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements that align with the business line's growth strategy.


Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Cosmetic & Beauty business line. 
Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to optimize operations and increase efficiency.


Conduct market research and develop C&B plans for successful market entry, considering local preferences and regulations.


Collaborating with various departments, including marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of business line strategies and initiatives.


Identifying potential risks and challenges related to the C&B business line and devising contingency plans to mitigate these risks effectively.


Staying updated with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the Cosmetic & Beauty and technology industries. Share relevant insights with the team and apply them to improve the company's competitive advantage. 


 


Requirements:



Advanced Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing and executing complex business strategies.


Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.


Project Management: Advanced skills in project management methodologies and tools.


Analytical Tools: Proficiency in advanced data analysis and business intelligence tools.


Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
