• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI), generate reports on metrics and provide actionable insights to management for decision making and process improvement
• Tracking, analyzing and compiling regular reports of performance and results and documenting them
• Perform root cause analysis for sales performance deviations from goals
• Develop different types of dashboards to monitor team performance
• Analyze and provide valuable insight into the targeting and compensation models of sales teams
• Determine monthly sales target
• Determining the payment of monthly and quarterly bonuses for sales representatives
• Design and track collection projects
• Working closely with other related teams to achieve the best results

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets and SQL
• Documentation and presentation skills
• Advanced English (oral and written)
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Knowledge of Health & Beauty e-commerce industry trends and understanding of the unique challenges associated with online retail supply chains
