We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for quality content, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of SEO principles.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage the content calendar aligned with business goals and team priorities.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance blog development, streamline content creation, and improve overall content performance.
- Schedule and publish content based on the editorial calendar, ensuring proper format, linking, visuals, and compliance with SEO and brand guidelines.
- Assign content requests to writers based on their availability and manage deadlines and workloads.
- Review, edit, and deliver feedback on submitted content to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with content goals.
- Maintain effective communication with the SEO team, writers, and other relevant teams to ensure proper coordination.
- Optimize published content based on SEO guidelines and team instructions.
- Edit and review content visuals to ensure clarity, attractiveness, and consistency with brand aesthetics.
- Report any issues, delays, or performance-impacting problems promptly and proactively.
- Conduct topic research and provide well-informed briefs for writers, based on English-language sources when needed.

- Familiarity with the beauty industry and experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to manage processes and workflows efficiently across content tasks.

Technical Skills
- Strong command of the English language for content research and quality control.
- Solid understanding of SEO content principles and on-page optimization best practices.
- Familiarity with popular CMS platforms (WordPress).
- Proficiency in using AI tools to assist with content creation or improvement (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly).
- Basic skills in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or alternatives).
- Experience in content calendar management and content production workflows.
- Ability to write, rewrite, and edit content while maintaining brand tone and consistency.
