What You’ll Be Doing:
 • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Telegram Ads to drive growth and ROI.
 • Analyze campaign data, test strategies, and fine-tune performance for maximum efficiency.
 • Implement and improve SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
 • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and user journeys for better CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
 • Track KPIs, create performance reports, and use insights to improve results.
 • Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to align marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
 • Proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads and Telegram Ads.
 • Strong understanding of SEO to boost organic growth.
 • Solid experience in CRO to maximize conversions and reduce drop-offs.
 • Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, KPIs, and campaign metrics.
