شرح موقعیت شغلی

UI/UX Designer

An algorithmic trading company with focus on AI based algorithms, applicable to Tehran Stock Exchange, is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer. 

 Job Summary

- Create design systems and style guides from scratch based on
branding requirements

- Design a unified UX and information architecture across
multiple devices

- Optimize usability for existing software or future products

- Design native app UIs for Android/iOS

- Design responsive web UIs for web, tablet and mobile

- Perform user research

 Requirements

- Fluent with at least one of the following: AdobeXD, Sketch or
Invision Studio

- Experience with prototyping tools

- Understanding of laws of UX, Information Architecture and
Color Theory

- Ability to compose design systems, style guides, and design
languages

- Interaction and animation design experience

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS to understand design
limitations

- Basic work experience with Adobe Photoshop

- Creative, with a positive approach towards teamwork

- Strong English communication and reading skills

- Must provide a portfolio that clearly demonstrates a mix of UX
and UI skills, and experience designing across multiple devices (responsive
web, native, etc.)

The following are not required, but will be considered a plus:

- Experience with HTML/CSS/SCSS/JS

- Experience with React or React Native

- Experience with Adobe Illustrator 

- Experience with Adobe After Effects
