Job Description:
Kavoshgar is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our data-driven team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and optimize performance. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate data into strategies that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and data analytics processes
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform business strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through thorough data cleaning and preprocessing
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, machine learning, and visualization
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Excellent understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights in simple terms
  • Experience in working with large datasets and databases
  • Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
