Job Description

- To perform sales process by receiving orders, issuing P/I, invoice and taking care of cargo delivery and asking for payments as well. 
 - Research and identify potential customers and sales opportunities - Supporting sales and marketing team, issues quotations, and specifications & keeping records for the same 
- Monitoring the shipments to ensure the compliance with regulations 
- Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports 
- Cooperation Financial team for keeping records updated 
- Generating, preparing, and editing documents as needed 
- Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports, and correspondences in a professional way
- Filing, archiving, and documentation - Logging or processing bills or expenses 
- Executing the tasks allocated by the supervisor 
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements 
- Familiar with marketing, sales, and logistic affairs (Oil & Energy) 
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Comprehensive ICDL skills 
- Team Player, Self-motivated, High discipline 
- Negotiation and effective communication skills 
- Strong attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills 
- Fluent in English.
