Your future duties and responsibilities
- Extensive experience in Full stack .Net development
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading technology development teams
- Communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role
- 7 or more years of professional experience with 3-5 years in the Tech Lead role
- Solid background in Designing & Implementing Applications using technologies defined by the Enterprise Architecture
- Must have full stack
- Strong application development skills in C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL Server and SSIS packages and .NET Core ArSQL Server and SSIS packages and .NET Core Architecture understanding
- Experience or working knowledge with NoSQL
- Strong experience in analyzing and optimizing already deployed applications.
- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience designing and developing objects and components of relational database.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities (including agile and scrum patterns)
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, with a strong preference for Agile experience.
- Knowledge of Jira, DevOps, test automation, and CI/CD best practices
- Understanding of fundamental design principles and architectural patterns for building a scalable application
