About Kadro:
Kadro is a leading photography booking platform in Iran, connecting talented photographers with clients who seek the best in visual storytelling. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Digital Marketer to help us grow our customer base and enhance our retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Retention: Develop and execute SMS and email campaigns targeting existing customers based on segmentation and persona analysis, ensuring high engagement and repeat bookings.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and leverage the most effective channels for attracting new customers (SEO, ads, social media, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), focusing on those with the highest return on investment (ROI).
  • Performance Measurement: Continuously measure and analyze the ROI of all marketing channels, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve performance.
Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of various digital channels, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation: Proficiency in content writing, with the ability to create compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills to produce eye-catching visuals for marketing campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Videography & Photography: Familiarity with videography and photography to create high-quality visual content for social media and other platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, measure ROI, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • People Skills: An outgoing and extroverted personality, comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and engaging with various stakeholders.
