Having a thorough understanding of the institution vision and standards
Having knowledge and experience of event marketing
Managing the events calendar
Managing all events which are held by the institution itself for the purpose of marketing
Responsible for gathering all relevant content internally to develop brochures, invitations, reminders and posters
Interaction with management, business developers and artistic director to ensure marketing events into the right audience
Working with database manager to ensure the data is suitable for marketing purposes
Working on the database to analyze existing data for marketing purposes
Managing resources mainly time and budget in delivering right event marketing
Working with copywriter, graphist and artistic director to ensure the content and format of all collateral are delivered suitably
Working closely with the operation team in delivering the event
Working withthe artistic director in recording audio , photos and videos from the sessions
Responsible for creating events on right ticket selling websites where relevant
Drafting reports from events for the copywriter
Being present and active during events for marketing and networking purposes
Following trends in all relevant businesses
Generating ideas and plans in targeting right individuals for membership
Creating a list of potential clients and members in corporate sector specially in technology, investment and banking, pharmaceutical,FMCG, consulting, advertising etc
Creating a list of potential sponsors for events
Creating a list of potential partners
Creating communication strategy and draft plans for different kinds of partnerships and sponsorships
Drafting quarterly and annual marketing plans with the help of marketing consultants
