Jangal Publication is the leader of publishing foreign languages educational books and English novels industry. We are hiring a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. Responsibilities for Social Media Manager
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
-Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
-Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology and art work that will be used in social media.
Monitoring and social listening of brand.
-Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and in a near future YouTube channel.
-Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly social media calendar, sharing and conducting it with related people in the digital marketing team.
-Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive social customer care.
-Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and etc.
Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews.
Qualifications for Social Media Manager
o 2-4 years of social media marketing experience
o Proven expertise in English language
o Ability to create and develop social media content calender
o General knowledge of Google Analytics
o General computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
o General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
o Exceptional multi-tasking skills
o Having the history of conducting social media campaigns and working with influencers would be a plus.
o Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field would be a plus.
o Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and Novinhub would be a plus.
o An obvious interest in books, authors and English literature would be a plus.
o Having experience in B2B business would be a plus.
