General English language courses(Kids/Adults), ESP courses(Business, Business Letter,...), and international exams preparation courses such as IELTS and PTE  are our business.


  • Main Responsibilities:
Working at Jobotalent includes many different responsibilities to make our plans run effectively. Much like a big family, we all pitch in to make this a great place to work and learn. Therefore, this description is not intended to be all-inclusive as much as it is to help define what some of the major responsibilities will be:

  • Define enduring concepts and knowledge and measurable outcomes for each curriculum area
  • Provide instructional strategies that identify student learning objectives for each lesson and actively incorporate learning strategy modeling and instruction in every lesson
  • Plan carefully and deliver lessons in learning environments that are clearly and firmly defined by language of instruction and that incorporate diverse perspectives.
  • Be punctual with any and all documents requested of you (progress reports and lesson plan, etc.)
  • Support the evaluation plan across all academic areas including formative and summative evaluation to assure maximum student progress
  • Extend classroom learning to well designed daily homework which is actively applied to the classroom learning the following day
  • Be well-prepared each session 

  • Main Requirements:
  • Excellent language skills (Speaking English as good as a native speaker)
  • Proven Experience: At least 1 year
  • Holding a TTC certificate (applicants with no ELT experience or training background may be advised to take part in the TTC.)  
  • Patience and positive attitude to be sure that every student has an academically rich experience and fully develops their cognitive and language abilities.
  • Knowledge of working on second language acquisition, bilingual and dual-language
  • Possessing a professional attitude and team work spirit 
  • Being happy to commit to up to eight hours of teaching per day
