شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in the fintech sector. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge financial technology solutions and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify potential clients in the fintech industry through market research and networking. 
    • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline. 
  2. Consultative Selling
    • Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients. 
    • Present our fintech solutions effectively, emphasizing their value and benefits. 
    • Tailor product demonstrations and proposals to address client-specific requirements. 
  3. Relationship Building
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers. 
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to clients. 
  4. Sales Cycles
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. 
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. 
  5. Market Insights
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors. 
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights. 
  6. Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology solutions and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
