We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team. The Junior HR Generalist will provide essential support in various human resources functions and play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and participate in new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Help administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Support HR-related training and development programs for employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in benefits administration and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Help prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Stay updated with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in human resources is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
