   • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of systems and networks. 
2. DevOps Integration: 
   •  Collaborate with software development teams to integrate DevOps practices. 
3. Security and Compliance: 
   • Implement and enforce security measures to protect ICT systems and data. 
   • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
4. Troubleshooting and Support: 
   • Provide technical support to resolve ICT issues promptly. 
   • Implement effective monitoring solutions to identify and address potential problems. 
5. Documentation: 
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation for ICT infrastructure and processes. 
   • Create documentation for DevOps practices and procedures. 
6. Collaboration and Training: 
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall ICT capabilities. 
   • Provide training and guidance to team members on DevOps best practices. 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in ICT infrastructure management
3. Experience with VoIP Systems
4. Experience with monitoring tool (Prometheus/Grafana).
5. Familiar with DevOps concepts such as orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and automation tools (e.g., CI/CD, Ansible).
6. Familiar with cloud platforms, CDN and virtualization technologies.
7. Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.                  
8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
