We are currently seeking a talented Software Engineer with a focus on Python to join our dynamic team at Jaan. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our microservices-based architecture. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Python, with exposure to Go and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize services.
- Work with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Implement and enhance GraphQL APIs to improve data retrieval efficiency.
- Utilize Git for version control and be familiar with GitHub and GitHub Actions for continuous integration.
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and in-memory data stores (Redis) is a plus.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in Python.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and the ability to design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in GraphQL and a willingness to work with FastAPI, Gin, and Apollo.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Docker for containerization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
