• Product Roadmap Coordination: Manage and coordinate the delivery of our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential delivery risks and work closely with tech leads to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Efficiency Enhancement: Collaborate with tech leads to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of our delivery pipeline.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure their successful execution.
• Team Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to continually enhance project management processes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK).
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Risk Management: Proven experience in identifying and managing project risks.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent at troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure project success.
