Responsibilities:


1. Strategy Development:

   - Develop and implement comprehensive eCRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

   - Utilize in-depth knowledge of the marketing automation stack, preferably WebEngage, to create targeted campaigns.


2. User Segmentation:

   - Implement effective user segmentation strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data.

   - Continuously analyze and refine segmentation methods to optimize targeting precision.


3. Marketing Automation:

   - Oversee the setup and management of marketing automation workflows to streamline communication across various customer touchpoints.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation into broader business processes.


4. Analytical Expertise:

   - Utilize analytical tools to measure the performance of eCRM campaigns.

   - Extract actionable insights from data analysis to refine strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.


5. Personalization:

   - Drive personalization efforts by tailoring content and messaging to specific customer segments.

   - Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance personalization strategies.


6. Technology Management:

   - Maintain proficiency in the latest trends and technologies within the marketing automation space.

   - Manage and optimize the use of tools such as WebEngage to ensure maximum efficiency.


7. Collaboration:

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to align eCRM strategies with broader business goals.

   - Work closely with the creative team to ensure visually appealing and impactful communications.


8. Reporting and Documentation:

   - Generate regular reports on the performance of eCRM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

   - Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and campaign results.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in eCRM management with a focus on marketing automation.

- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, preferably WebEngage.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
