ITSaaz Public Relation Manager:
ITSaaz seeks a creative, self-motivated, high-judgment, well-connected and experienced public relation professional to define and executive it’s PR & Communication strategy and program. The right candidate possesses extensive media relations experience (traditional and digital) and is an expert writer. ITSaaz PR Manager will also have strong skills in developing and placing proactive stories, has familiarity with crisis communications, can exercise high-judgment while acting quickly, as well as a strong record of accomplishment in social media. Also she/he will have strong existing relationships with the Iranian media & Influencer, and strong writing experience either as a journalist or otherwise. The candidate should also have a mastery of the digital economy and startup ecosystem, as well as an interest in the technology sector. Finally, the perfect candidate should not shy away from hard, proactive work and embrace the always-on nature of working at a fast-paced technology company.
PR Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
· PR Manager is a contact person and spokeperson of ITSAAZ with all Stakeholders and segments like customers, users, government, organizations, influencers and media. Handle and response their requirements questions and issues on Social media with tone of voice of ITSaaz: transparent, responsible, respect and attention.
- Work closely with the ITSaaz CEO & Board members to develop proactive media relationships campaigns, prompt response on social media and Media.
- Responsible for ITSaaz PR strategy with KPI of media exposure and social engagement index
· Develop and lead ITSaaz crisis management program.
· Researches and generates media lists, monitors news, post, comments and tweets and generates media reports and analyzes metrics to gauge PR/media results.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relation, Journalism, Social Sciences and other related fields preferred.
· 3 years’ experience in public relations in internet Business/tech companies/Publication Industry/ startup environments.
· Familiar with Digital Content ecosystem.
· Familiar with startups ecosystem in Iran
· Strong writing and editing ability
· Strong understanding of corporate communications and public relations best practices
