About the Role:
A solid grasp of User Experience and Visual Design fundamentals
Understand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutions.
Define entire user experiences, and interaction concepts. Creating wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototype
Collaborate with team members throughout the design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal design execution.
Research and user testing efforts to hypothesize and validate customer needs
Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and optimize product features
About You:
3+ years professional experience with digital product design.
A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve design problems.
A strong understanding of interaction design concepts.
The ability to clearly communicate and document your design decisions.
An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles.
Strong visual design skills.
Someone who is meticulous, but able to iterate quickly.
Someone who is comfortable defining success metrics and making data-driven design decisions.
Strong Knowledge in tools like Adobe XD or Figma (Preferred Figma)
