شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Title: Data Engineer 

Location: Yousefabad, Tehran
Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Industry: Digital Health

As a Data Engineer at Axon, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our data 

infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data pipelines, accurate 

reporting, and robust analytics. If you’re passionate about data, enjoy solving complex problems, and

Responsibilities: 

ETL Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SSIS 

(SQL Server Integration Services) or similar tools. 

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability throughout the pipeline. 

Data Modeling and Analysis: 

Create and maintain tabular models using SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services). 

Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate 

them into effective data models. 

Reporting and Visualization: 

Develop reports and dashboards using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). 

Present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. 

Machine Learning Integration: 

Apply machine learning concepts to enhance data-driven decision-making. 

Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML models into production pipelines. 

Performance Optimization: 

Optimize data pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and performance. 

Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data processing. 

Data Governance and Security: 

Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. 

Secure data access and manage user permissions. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 

• Proven experience (3+ years) in data engineering, ETL development, and data modeling 

• Proficiency in SSIS, SSAS (tabular models), and SSRS 

• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases 

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
