Job Title: Mar-Comm Supervisor
Location: Tehran, Iran
Annual package: 700 million Tomans
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing communications team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including PR, branding, and sales) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3+ years in marketing communications, preferably in real estate or FMCG.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
