استخدام Human Resources Development Manager(اشتهارد)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities




  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 
  • Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) 
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities 
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans 
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) 
  • Organize learning and development programs 
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital 
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance 
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 

Requirements




  • Proven experience as an HRD Manager, L&D Manaager or similar 
  • BSc degree in HRM / IT / Industrial Engineering 
  • MSc degree in MBA / HRM or relevant certification is a plus 
  • Professional certification (e.g. PHRI/SPHRI) is a plus 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Portal 
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases 
  • Leadership skills 
  • People oriented and results driven 
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen 
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
