- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Prioritize and plan testing activities.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
- Identify, report, and track software issues and defects.
- Provide support and documentation for quality-related processes.
- Review and analyze user stories/requirement documents for validity and feasibility.
Experience
- 5 years’ experience as Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance Engineer ·
- 3 years’ experience as an account manager ·
- Strong knowledge of API level Test ·
- Strong knowledge of functional Testing ·
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes ·
- Jira ·
- Microsoft dynamics CRM ·
- Ticketing System ·
- Office tools
