Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline or above.
Experience:
•At least 2 years of experience in the software quality control.
•More than one year of overall development/technical support experience.
Responsibility:
•Testing the software.
•Planning, designing, and executing tests, analyzing results, and reporting issues.
•Ensuring that the software meets customer requirements and expectations.
•Identify and fix defects or errors before the software is released.
•Communication between team members by providing a common language and framework for discussing software quality. By that, QA helps ensure that team members are on the same page.
•Design/execute/Analysis tests to verify that the software meets the required specifications and functional requirements.
•Continuously improve the testing process, incorporating feedback from users and other stakeholders.
•Ensures developers are developing codes according to given standards and include proper documentation and unit tests.
•Ensures that the software adheres to industry-specific regulations and standards, such as internal or best practice security protocol or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and so on.
•It is including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
Knowledge/Skills / Ability:
•Effective communication skills.
•Accuracy and attention to detail.
•Working in Agile/scrum working environment.
•Manual Testing.
•Automated Testing (Selenium, Appium, and Test Complete).
•Code Reviews/Analysis (SonarQube, ESLint, and Checkmarx).
•User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Black Box Testing.
•Test Management Tools (TESTLINK ,TestRail, Zephyr, and PractiTest).
•Performance Testing Tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling).
•Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Tools (Jenkins, Travis CI, and CircleCI).
•Collaboration Tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Trello).
•Experience working with test tools.
•Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
•Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development process.
•Demonstrated skill and passion for problem-solving and operational excellence.
•Skilled and Knowledgeable of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
•English language proficient.
