Software Test Engineer, assess software quality through manual and API testing, responsible for finding and reporting bugs and defects, improve the processes and tools which will make sure the reported issues are correctly prioritized and eventually fixed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
•Prioritize and plan testing activities.
•Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
•Identify, report, and track software issues and defects.
•Provide support and documentation for quality-related processes.
•Review and analyze user stories/requirement documents for validity and feasibility.
•24*7 service delivery (If required).
•Coordinate quality management issues with team members.
•Identifying the key performance criteria, monitoring, and reporting performance.
•Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, and test automation.
•Dealing with issues and challenges to face and solve these challenges as part of daily work.
•Testing web and web services and working with related tools like Postman and JMeter.
•Familiar with Test management tools like as TESTLINK.
•Analyzing test results and documenting them.

Education:
•Bachelor (BSC/BA)-engineering (computer/Hardware).

Experience:
•1 years’ experience as Quality Control Specialist or Quality Control Engineer.

Knowledge/Skills /Ability:
•Preferred to have knowledge of API level Test.
•Strong knowledge of functional Testing.  
•Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
•Jira.
•ISTQB.
•API level TEST.
•Microsoft dynamics CRM.
•Ticketing System.
•Office tools.
•Great interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

•Experience working with test tools.
•Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
