Job Description:
We are looking for a manufacturing engineer with a strong background in design, integrate, improve manufacturing systems or related processes. Working knowledge with commercial or industrial designers to refine product designs to increase efficiency and decrease costs needed.
The main responsibilities of the selected candidate will include performing manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design. expected to conduct analysis and design using advanced materials and design concepts. Project documentation, excellent communication and teamwork will be an integral part of project assignments.
Education:
• At least a Master degree in a relevant subject such as production/ manufacturing, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
Experience:
•At least 7 years’ experience in an area of specialization.
•Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role in a medium organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Providing timely daily status reports of progress and issues to the CEO.
•Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors;
•Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
•Project documentation, excellent communication and teamwork will be an integral part of project assignments.
•Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
•Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
•Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
•Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Ability:
with experience in supervising others
•Professional in working with related software, e.g. CAD, Solid works and so on.
•Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
•Having knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.
