Experience:

  • ·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and Business filed preferred.
  • ·         Experience in business models and its design and analysis
  • ·         Experience in designing and graphic
  • ·         Mastery of sales and digital sales models
  • ·         Experience in businesses related to Information Technology industry
  • ·         Have backgrounds in business, human resources, development and education.
  • ·         Experience developing yearly training plans and materials a medium organization
  • ·         Experience in contact center management or training
  • ·         Proficiency in training technologies such as LMS systems, e-learning, and distance learning
  • ·         Significant experience with training delivery, facilitation and coaching in a learning environment
  • ·         Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • ·         Experience need assessment and training evaluation methods.

knowledge/skills/ability:

  • ·         Mastery of business models and its design and analysis
  • ·         Mastery of sales and digital sales models
  • ·         Mastery of designing and graphic
  • ·         Familiarity to extensive knowledge teaching theory for creating effective creating instructional materials Demonstrated knowledge of learning and training practices especially in technical support contexts
  • ·         Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • ·         Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • ·         Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • ·         In-depth knowledge of learning techniques and methods.
  • ·         Knowledge of training process 
  • ·         Critical thinker
  • ·         Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • ·         English oral and written fluency
  • ·         Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving ability
·         Able to work closely with customers to gain company’s goals

  • ·         Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously

  • ·         The ability to use tact and diplomacy in interactions with all relevant parties.

  • ·         Have superb people skills and be confident in engaging individuals from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines.
