Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deep functional knowledge of the support application(s) and interdependencies.
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
- Enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your actions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services and exceed customer expectations.
- Communication with all managers and client relationship management in partnership with Developer team members.
- Ensuring all production changes are made in according with rules and risk guidelines.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields.
Experience:
- At least 1 year related experience.
Knowledge/Skills / Ability:
- General Linux and Unix administration.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Familiarity with Monitoring system like Zabbix or Grafana.
- Upper intermediate English level (both written and spoken).
- Strong team spirit, open minded and willing to work in an international environment.
- Ticketing System Like Jira.
- 7*24 support on mentioned platforms.
General Working Condition:
- Job is shiftly and each shift contain at least 8 hours of day.
- All Shifts are on-site.
- Location: Pasdaran.
