Project: Irancell MVO (Multi Vendor Optimization) project
Position: Core Engineer
Job Role Description: Core Engineer in MVO project acts as the technical interface between RF optimization engineers and Core network department in customer (Irancell) side and in case of any major issue/problem in Core network side, this person should be fully aware and updated about the issue and inform the radio optimizers that they don't investigate the case in radio part.
Core engineer should have proper technical knowledge in Irancell Core network about the equipment, topology, overall design, bottlenecks and issues.
When Radio optimization team face some degradation in KPIs or quality of service and they suspected that issue might be from Core network side, this person should be able to investigate the case very fast with Irancell core team and answer clearly that root cause is in Core network side or not.
Technical experience:
Candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience working in Irancell Core network
