Job Description:
- Network monitoring
- Diagnosing network errors and identify points of failure
- Perform basic systems troubleshooting and management
- Tracking and documenting network errors
- Provide timely response and resolution to all tickets
- Communication with Back Office team, development team and related customer
Requirements:
- Upper intermediate English level (both written and spoken).
- Problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing system like Jira is a plus
- Familiarity with monitoring system like Zabbix or Grafana is a plus
- Familiarity with general Linux and Unix administration is a plus
