استخدام Front Office Engineer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:


  • Network monitoring
  • Diagnosing network errors and identify points of failure
  • Perform basic systems troubleshooting and management
  • Tracking and documenting network errors
  • Provide timely response and resolution to all tickets
  • Communication with Back Office team, development team and related customer

Requirements:


  • Upper intermediate English level (both written and spoken).
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL is a plus
  • Familiarity with ticketing system like Jira is a plus
  • Familiarity with monitoring system like Zabbix or Grafana is a plus
  • Familiarity with general Linux and Unix administration is a plus
