استخدام Legal Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To follow up presentation of necessary information and participating in the hearing sessions when any occasion arises in order to ensure dealing with all complaints made regarding the concluded agreements.
  • To present advisory comments and legal solutions to other sections in coordination with CEO.
  • To manage the preparation of all commercial agreements included but not limited to purchase or sales of products or services, receiving services, offering services and electronic contents, contractor's agreement, cooperation agreement, advertisements, partnership agreements, Investment Law related contracts, revenue sharing, and etc. in line with the needs of relevant division/departments.
  • To manage the preparation of the agreements related to purchase or lease of property, installation of telecom equipment, reviewing ownership documents, reviewing the transfer of rights of ownership, establishment of landlords' ownership, etc. and monitoring them as well as negotiating with the landlords or their representatives, if need be.
  • To manage the preparation of addendum and/or amendments related to the previously drafted agreements based on the needs and requests received from relevant departments.
  • To ensure responding to inquiries received from judicial, quasi-judicial and supervisory authorities regarding the agreements, confiscation of claims, existence of contractual relation, termination or cancellation of the agreements, etc.
  • To manage the preparation of contractual notices or letters for raising claims, penalty, termination or renewal of agreements, as well as responding the contractual correspondence received in connection with relevant division/department.
  • To manage the archive and filing of the original copies of concluded commercial agreements; updating information and related reports as well as presenting periodic reports.
  • To manage the changes suggested by customers in agreed formats and making decisions within the set frameworks and/or consulting with the manager of the department.
