Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to extract valuable insights from large-scale datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to address complex challenges.
Conduct thorough analysis and experimentation to optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise to foster their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Proven track record of 5+ years in designing and implementing machine learning solutions in a real-world setting, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Proven experience in deploying machine learning models into production under high load environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, as well as proficiency in libraries and frameworks commonly used in machine learning, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
