Mission:
The mission of a Django Backend Developer is to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems for web applications using Django and related technologies. They play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the frontend and the database, ensuring that data is securely stored, retrieved, and processed efficiently.
Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Python Django Backend Developer.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Python Django backend systems.
- Strong understanding of Python Django frameworks, including Django REST Framework.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with API design and implementation.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
- Familiarity with SOLID principles and basic design patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with GraphQL
Responsibility:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python Django backend services and APIs.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code using best practices.
- Implement RESTful APIs, including authentication, authorization, and data validation.
- Build and maintain scalable and fault-tolerant backend systems.
- Design and implement data models and databases.
- Work with frontend developers to integrate backend services with frontend applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of backend services.
